Shipping policy
Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order before you make your payment. In some cases for example larger furniture items, we may ask that you email us to discuss freight charges to your delivery destination.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We will advise by email when you place your order if a higher delivery charge is required. We will not send the goods without your approval of this higher rate.
Freight charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, this covers all handling and delivery charges.
The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered. Under normal circumstances your order will be despatched within 48 hours and arrive within a week. Dispatch and delivery days are Monday to Friday. * Standard delivery time frame from purchase date is 3-7 working days.
We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order. We do not deliver outside New Zealand; however orders may still be placed from overseas with a New Zealand delivery address.
All of our orders are sent via courier or freight company. We can not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes.
